My granddaughter was catching snowflakes on the school playground and didn't see THE pole! Poor baby! Luckily she did not have any fracture from this incident!

Omgoodness, what a shiner! She's a brave little soul! I closed my eyes while skating once and hit my nose (two shiners) but she's adventuresome, and will be out catching snowflakes again very soon!
