About this scrapbook page: |
This is my husband Mark and his mining crew at a Central Queensland Coal Mine. The photo took a lot of organising, and they had to get approval from mining inspectors for it to all happen. They wanted to present the crew photo to the mother of a young lad who was killed in a car accident on his way home from work. The big Dump truck is now named after him and even tho you can't see it his name is on the truck.

Amazing photos and page Robyn, what a truly wonderful tibute from his colleagues to the young lad's family. His mother must have been immensely touched by this deeply touching act of respect and kindness from his fellow workers. A wonderful page & tribute from you in honour of the young lad and the mining community xx
