My Sis, an animal lover, recently made the switch from city living to ranching in southern Saskatchewan. She quickly adopted a few of the calves either abandoned by (or deaths of) moms at birth as pets. She has names for all her little critters; some of which are the likes of T-Bone, Porterhouse, Flank & now even a new piglet she calls Porkchop.

I also added it to the " Cows you gotta love em!!! " Challenge.

I grew up on a farm in South Africa and had the same experience with our cattle, sheep, goats, and even a baby monkey. Bottle feeding them never seemed like a chore...Great page - thank you for sharing!
